In the video the user views a list of recommended offers, looks at the offer details, activates the offer, makes a purchase, and then receives their reward.
How do people enroll?
When users open their app or extension after Relayer is integrated they will be prompted to enroll. Through enrolling with Relayer they will agree to simple terms and conditions that enable us to serve them the most relevant offers available.
Enrollment for cryptocurrency wallets
For wallet applications, users will first need to sign a personal message with their account to verify ownership before being prompted to enroll. This is to ensure accounts are only interacting with offers relevant to them.
When do people receive their money back?
Users who participate in the Relayer rewards program and successfully redeem an offer will usually receive their money back within seconds, but are guaranteed to receive it within the 72 hour timeframe. This process is designed to be quick and efficient, ensuring a positive user experience. Here's a breakdown of how it works:
Offer Redemption: Once a user clicks on the "Activate" button for an offer and completes the associated action within the designated 24-hour period, the redemption is registered in the Relayer’s system.
Verification Process: After the offer is redeemed, Relayer initiates a verification process to confirm the completion of the offer's requirements. This process is automated and designed to be completed swiftly to expedite the reward distribution.
Money Transfer: After the calculation, the money is processed for transfer. Relayer ensures that this transfer is initiated promptly so that the funds are reflected in the user's account as soon as possible.
From the moment the user completes the offer's requirements, Relayer guarantees that the money will be credited back to the user’s account within this timeframe.
What currency will users be paid in?
This depends on your experience but currently for cryptocurrency wallets most rewards are paid in stablecoin.
How does a user redeem an offer?
After being exposed to an offer a user may activate the offer by clicking on the “Activate” button, from that time they will have 24 hours to redeem the offer by completing the associated action. After the 24 hour period has passed, they may be served the same ad again or they may not receive it again, depending on the offer’s parameters.
How are users targeted?
Users are targeted through a variety of mechanisms depending on their environment, including publicly accessible blockchain data as well as first party data that advertisers provide.
What data is collected about a user?
Data about users such as their wallet address and certain event tracking metrics are collected in order to pay out rewards and validate that the users are eligible for the offer they are receiving.
